Why am I not receiving emails and what can I do to improve delivery of emails?
If you have not received our emails then try to the following steps:
Add bulletpsych@gmail.com to your email contact list and/or safe senders list.
Check your spam or junk or promotions or "other" folder. Move all Bullet Psych emails to your inbox. Depending on your email provider you can do that for all future emails as well.
If you are using an institutional email address (.edu or .mil for example) there are additional security barriers. Contact your IT department to help identify our email as a safe sender.
If you haven't received any email from us there is a chance you made a typo when entering your email in the submission form. Contact us and we can check your email in our system.
Still not working? Contact us at bulletpsych@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
